Order Processing & Shipping
- We ensure timely and secure delivery of your angelic treasures.
- Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays are processed and shipped on the following Monday or Tuesday (excluding public holidays).
- Please ensure that your name, complete address, and an active contact number are correctly provided during checkout. Inaccurate information may result in delivery delays.
- Orders are typically dispatched within 2 to 3 working days after order confirmation and advance payment clearance.
- Once dispatched, your order should arrive within 3 to 5 working days.
- Free delivery is offered for orders of PKR 3000 or more. For orders below this amount, a flat PKR 250 shipping fee applies.
- Delivery timelines may be affected by weather conditions, political unrest, or city-wide strikes. Although rare, these factors may cause delays.
Return & Exchange Policy
We aim to deliver quality products every time, but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
You may request a return or exchange if:
- The product is damaged or defective upon arrival.
- You notify us within 2 to 3 working days of receiving your order.
- The item is in unused and original condition, with tags and packaging intact.
How to initiate a return:
- Contact us via WhatsApp with your order number and a clear photo of the damaged item.
- Our team will guide you through the return process.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a replacement will be dispatched.
Please Note:
- Exchanges for reasons such as change of mind or personal preference are not accepted.
- Items that have been used, worn, or altered will not be eligible for return or exchange.
- If the replacement item is out of stock, we will refund the full amount to your provided payment method within 5 to 7 working days.
Important Reminders
- Returns will not be accepted for items that are not returned in their original packaging or have visible signs of use.
- Always use a trackable shipping service when returning items to ensure safe delivery.
